Any damage with product that you received must be reported to us at order@beautynscent.com.sg  within 24 hours from the time of delivery.  We guarantee money back refund or one to one exchange if the damage is due to leakage or faulty spray nozzle. No refund will be entertained if is not due to the above reason. Product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received. Please check your product as soon as you receive them.
